Safety, access, vehicle condition, and location matter.

01
Agreement

Acceptance of these terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between you and Roadside Assistance Demo regarding your use of this website and any roadside assistance, towing, vehicle-service, scheduling, communication, or related services you request from us.

By visiting the website, submitting a form, scheduling an appointment, requesting service, authorizing work, making payment, or otherwise communicating with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use this website or submit a service request.

Important: A website form, voicemail, text message, or appointment request does not guarantee that roadside service has been accepted or dispatched.

02
Available Services

Roadside assistance and towing services

Depending on location, equipment, vehicle type, road conditions, staffing, and availability, services may include:

  • Local or long-distance vehicle towing.
  • Flat-tire assistance and spare-tire installation.
  • Battery jump starts and basic battery assistance.
  • Vehicle lockout assistance.
  • Emergency fuel delivery.
  • Winch-outs and limited vehicle recovery.
  • Accident-related vehicle recovery or transportation.
  • Motorcycle or specialty-vehicle assistance.
  • Scheduled vehicle transportation.
  • Other related roadside services accepted by our team.

Not every service is available in every location or for every vehicle. Certain vehicles, parking structures, off-road locations, accident scenes, commercial vehicles, heavily damaged vehicles, or specialty requests may require different equipment, additional charges, or a separate service provider.

We may decline any request that cannot be completed safely, legally, or using reasonably available personnel or equipment.

03
Service Process

Service requests, estimates, and dispatch

Submitting a request

You may request service by telephone, website form, text message, email, appointment calendar, or another method offered by Roadside Assistance Demo.

You agree to provide complete and accurate information, including when applicable:

  • Your name and reliable contact information.
  • The vehicle’s exact or approximate location.
  • The requested roadside service.
  • Vehicle year, make, model, type, and condition.
  • The towing destination or requested service location.
  • Information about hazards, passengers, traffic, or access.
  • Any modification that may affect towing or service.

Acceptance and dispatch

A request is not accepted until our team or an authorized service provider confirms the job. Dispatch and estimated arrival information are estimates only.

Arrival times may change due to traffic, weather, distance, road closures, prior jobs, accidents, equipment problems, driver availability, incorrect location details, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Scheduled services

Selecting a date or time through the online calendar creates a requested appointment. It does not guarantee service until the business confirms the appointment and relevant details.

04
Your Responsibilities

Customer information, access, and cooperation

You agree to cooperate reasonably with dispatch personnel, drivers, technicians, and service partners. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate location and vehicle information.
  • Remaining reachable by telephone or text while the request is active.
  • Informing us of road hazards, unsafe conditions, vehicle modifications, locked steering, missing keys, damaged wheels, low clearance, all-wheel drive, or other facts relevant to the service.
  • Providing lawful and reasonable access to the vehicle.
  • Keeping passengers, pets, and bystanders away from the work area when instructed.
  • Following reasonable safety instructions provided by the driver or technician.
  • Removing or securing valuables and personal property before towing or vehicle transportation.
  • Confirming the correct destination before a vehicle is transported.

Delays, failed service attempts, additional labor, storage, mileage, or other charges may apply when information is incomplete or inaccurate, the vehicle cannot be accessed, the customer is unavailable, or site conditions differ materially from those described.

05
Vehicle Authorization

Authority to request towing or roadside work

By requesting service, you represent that you are:

  • The registered owner of the vehicle.
  • An authorized driver of the vehicle.
  • An agent authorized by the owner.
  • Otherwise legally permitted to request the service.

We may request identification, registration, proof of ownership, authorization, keys, insurance information, or other documentation before moving, unlocking, releasing, or servicing a vehicle.

You authorize Roadside Assistance Demo and its drivers, technicians, contractors, and service partners to access, move, load, tow, transport, unlock, inspect, or otherwise handle the vehicle as reasonably necessary to perform the accepted service.

Destination instructions

You are responsible for selecting and confirming the destination. You should verify that the destination is open, able to receive the vehicle, and willing to accept it.

Additional mileage, redelivery, waiting, storage, or relocation charges may apply if the selected destination refuses the vehicle, is closed, is inaccessible, or was provided incorrectly.

06
Charges

Pricing, estimates, payment, and additional fees

Estimates and quotes

Any price provided before inspecting the vehicle or arriving at the location may be an estimate based on the information available at that time.

Final pricing may depend on factors including:

  • Distance, mileage, and towing destination.
  • Vehicle size, weight, condition, and configuration.
  • Location, accessibility, terrain, or parking restrictions.
  • Required equipment, labor, recovery, or additional personnel.
  • Waiting time, storage, tolls, after-hours service, or holidays.
  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided before arrival.
  • Additional services approved by the customer.

Payment authorization

You agree to pay all accepted charges associated with the service. Payment may be required before dispatch, before work begins, upon completion, or before the vehicle is released.

Accepted payment methods may include cash, credit card, debit card, electronic invoice, insurance, motor-club authorization, or another method approved by the business.

Insurance and motor clubs

Coverage through an insurance company, roadside membership, dealership, motor club, or warranty program is not guaranteed. You remain responsible for charges not approved, covered, or paid by a third party.

Payment disputes

Contact us promptly regarding a charge you believe is incorrect. Initiating a payment dispute does not eliminate responsibility for valid charges or services received.

07
Changes and Cancellations

Cancellation, waiting, and failed-service charges

Contact dispatch immediately if you no longer need service or if your location, vehicle, requested service, or towing destination changes.

A cancellation, dispatch, mileage, or service-attempt charge may apply when:

  • A driver has already been assigned or dispatched.
  • A driver is traveling to or has reached the location.
  • The customer cannot be contacted.
  • The vehicle cannot be found at the provided location.
  • Access is denied or the customer lacks authorization.
  • The service cannot be completed because of undisclosed conditions.
  • The customer obtains assistance elsewhere without canceling.
  • A scheduled appointment is canceled without reasonable notice.

Applicable cancellation or failed-service charges should reflect the business’s actual policies, work performed, travel, equipment use, and applicable law.

08
Telephone, Text, and Email

Consent to service-related communications

When you provide a telephone number or email address and request roadside assistance, you authorize us and our service providers to contact you regarding that request.

Service-related communications may include:

  • Request and appointment confirmations.
  • Questions about your location or vehicle.
  • Dispatch and driver updates.
  • Estimated-arrival information.
  • Pricing, invoice, receipt, or payment messages.
  • Service completion and customer-support follow-up.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for charges imposed by your telephone or internet provider.

Marketing communications

Marketing messages will be sent only when permitted and when any required consent has been obtained. Agreeing to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing roadside service.

STOP
Opt Out

Reply STOP to request that applicable marketing text messages stop.

HELP
Message Assistance

Reply HELP for assistance with supported text-message communications.

EMAIL
Unsubscribe

Use the unsubscribe instructions included in promotional emails when available.

Opting out of marketing does not prevent necessary non-promotional communications about an active service, transaction, payment, safety issue, or direct response to your request.

09
Emergency Information

Safety, emergencies, and roadside hazards

!

Call 911 immediately for injuries, fire, an active collision, suspected criminal activity, a medical emergency, hazardous traffic conditions, or any situation involving immediate danger.

Roadside assistance is not a substitute for police, firefighters, emergency medical services, highway authorities, or other emergency responders.

While waiting for service, use reasonable judgment and follow instructions from emergency personnel. When safe:

  • Move away from active traffic.
  • Use hazard lights or safety equipment when appropriate.
  • Remain in a secure location.
  • Do not stand between vehicles or near moving traffic.
  • Keep children, passengers, and pets away from the roadway.
  • Tell dispatch about dangerous or changing conditions.

Drivers and technicians may refuse, pause, relocate, or discontinue work when conditions present an unreasonable risk to people, vehicles, equipment, or property.

10
Service Providers

Contractors and third-party services

Roadside Assistance Demo may use employees, independent contractors, towing operators, technicians, dispatch providers, payment processors, communication providers, software platforms, or other third parties to help provide or coordinate services.

Information reasonably necessary to complete your request may be shared with those parties. Their participation does not guarantee that every request can be accepted or completed.

Third-party destinations

Repair shops, dealerships, storage facilities, body shops, parking facilities, insurance companies, and vehicle owners are separate parties. We do not control their availability, policies, pricing, workmanship, storage, or acceptance of a vehicle.

Third-party websites

The website may link to maps, payment portals, social platforms, scheduling services, or other third-party websites. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies.

11
Service Limitations

Disclaimers and no guarantees

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee:

  • That every service request will be accepted.
  • A specific dispatch or arrival time.
  • That a jump start will restart or repair a vehicle.
  • That a spare tire is safe, properly inflated, or usable.
  • That a lockout can be completed without specialized access.
  • That a vehicle can be recovered from every location.
  • That a vehicle is mechanically safe after roadside service.
  • That website content is error-free or continuously available.

Vehicle condition

Roadside service does not constitute a complete mechanical, electrical, structural, or safety inspection. A vehicle may require professional diagnosis or repair after receiving roadside assistance.

Pre-existing damage, corrosion, worn components, modified parts, accident damage, low ground clearance, disabled steering, seized wheels, or other vehicle conditions may affect the service or create additional risk.

Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12
Responsibility

Limitation of liability and claims

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Roadside Assistance Demo and its owners, employees, contractors, drivers, technicians, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the website or services.

This may include, when legally permitted, loss of use, lost income, missed appointments, substitute transportation, towing-destination disputes, personal-property loss, business interruption, or delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability imposed by applicable consumer-protection law.

Reporting possible damage

Report any alleged vehicle or property damage as soon as reasonably possible. Provide photographs, receipts, service documentation, vehicle information, and other relevant evidence so the matter can be reviewed.

Personal property

Customers should remove valuables, money, documents, electronics, medication, weapons, and other important personal property before the vehicle is transported.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or costs arising from materially false information, lack of authority to request service, unlawful instructions, or your violation of these terms.

Informal resolution

Before beginning formal legal proceedings, you are encouraged to contact us and provide a reasonable opportunity to review and attempt to resolve the issue.
